Join us for a one-hour guided visualisation to take you into a relaxed and meditative state in our Iron Age roundhouse.
Come and join us for a guided visualisation to take you into a relaxed and meditative state in our Iron Age roundhouse. Located in the middle of a local nature reserve and standing on a site of archaeological international importance, this unique natural space evokes the era of 3,000 years ago. Leave behind the pressures and stresses of modern life as you connect with the ancient energies of the land and our ancestors.
We will start by preparing for meditation through storytelling about the Iron Age and the people who lived on the land.
After the meditation you will be gently brought back and have time to enjoy the benefits of the session. There will be an opportunity to share your journey in the group if wish to do so. This creates an inclusive community energy for everyone; taking the benefits of the practice to another level.
Please bring water to remain hydrated. Special floor seats will be provided, but please let us know if you have any back problems so we can arrange alternative seating.
Suitable for adults.
Meditation reduces stress, enhances mental clarity, improves focus, fosters emotional well-being and promotes a sense of inner peace.
