Join us each month at Rock & Rose Rituals & Conkers Magical Earth Academy, within the beautiful surroundings of Upton Country Park, for an immersive outdoor meditation experience.The Elemental Meditation Circle is based on the Elemental Meditation Method, designed to reconnect you with body intelligence, nature intelligence and the wisdom of the five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Aether.

Throughout each session, we work with the 14 chakra (energy centre) system. By creating greater balance within the energy body, we support harmony within the physical body, mental wellbeing and emotional wellbeing.

Each circle includes:

* Guided Elemental Meditation in nature

* Connection with the five elements

* The 14 chakra (energy centre) system

* Quiet reflection and mindful awareness

* A welcoming and supportive groupBeginners are warmly welcome.

No previous meditation experience is needed.

Taught by Jenny Marie, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Energy Practitioner & Quantum Hypnotherapist, 23 years of teaching experience

Suitable for ages 14 to 84
