The year is rushing by, but there's still time to flourish. This session will be your autumnal harvest, a chance to review your progress and strategize how to finish strong. Self-care is key! Together we'll learn how to stay inspired and avoid burnout during the busy holiday season. This session also introduces the concept of creative journaling with a difference. Bring some non-confidential papers, like your calendar, and transform them into art that sparks ideas and keeps you focused. I'll guide you through intuitive doodling and simple drawing (no skills required), engaging your subconscious to uncover hidden dreams and desires.
Don’t worry if you missed the other sessions, all the sessions work independently of each other.
