Can't get enough of AutumnFest? Well you can join the UpDown Circus team on Sept 1st and 8th in the South Parish Community Hall to have a bash at the auld Circus, ah go wan, sure why not, it's probably not as hard as it looks!

Using Accessible Circus pedagogy, these introductory workshops are open to all ages, and all physical abilities. The focus will be on play, in a 'try it out' environment, and the core relationships of space, rhythm, and movement rather than complex tricks, using adapted tools like juggle boards for social connection, developing coordination, concentration, and creativity.

Funded by the Arts Council of Ireland and Douglas Street Business Assosication as part of the AutumnFest Community Engagement programme.
