Sip & Scribble: Journal Workshop

Join us for a fun and relaxed evening at our in-person journal workshop!

In this session, our trained life coach will guide us through the powerful practice of journaling. She’ll share approachable techniques for getting started (even when you’re not sure what to say), explore different journaling styles from reflection to intention-setting and show us how to use prompts to unlock deeper self-awareness. Whether you’ve journaled for years or are picking up the pen for the first time, the session will give you permission to be raw, honest, and unfiltered or just fun and organised. It’s not about grammar or structure it’s about listening to yourself and letting your thoughts land on the page exactly as they are. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with:

-A deeper understanding of why journaling is transformative

-Practical tools to keep a consistent, meaningful practice.

-A few personal entries already written and maybe even a few insights uncovered.

Additionally: Bring your old books and swap them for new ones. Or just donate them to charity! its a win win!
