Draw a line under the working week and join us for a sauna (optional) followed by some drinks and nibbles while we connect with each other by the sea and hear from speakers/ local community groups.

Taking place at The Pav co-working space and The Stove Sauna next door, with music via sustainable sound system (Solar Sounds). Early evening, short & sweet.

Start the month as you mean to continue. Offering an alternative to a social in the pub, with wellness option and a chance for some joined up thinking as we come together and hear about local activity – new projects, art, sustainability, music.

All remote and hybrid workers are welcome from Tramore and beyond – whether you're new to the area or just fancy a change of scene.
