This 75 minute workshop is a space to slow things down, ask questions and build confidence in your practice.

We’ll explore:

✨ Alignment & foundations of common poses

✨ Breathing techniques & steps that lead to meditation

✨ Space to ask questions and understand the “why” behind yoga

Yoga isn’t about being flexible or achieving the “perfect” pose. It’s about awareness, connection and learning how to move in a way that supports you.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners or anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of their practice.
