Come and experience the deeply restorative power of sound in this Somatic Sound Bath, where the vibrations of the gong and other therapeutic instruments invite you to slow down, reconnect with your body and feel grounded in the present moment.

This is a space to rest, release and reconnect — allowing sound to move through you while you simply lie back, breathe and receive.

Inspired by the grounding and nurturing qualities of the Earth, this experience is designed to help you move out of the busyness of everyday life and into a deeper sense of calm and embodied awareness.

The powerful vibrations of the gong, combined with singing bowls and other sound-healing instruments, create an immersive journey through sound and sensation.

You don't need to do anything. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes and allow the sounds to wash over you.

✨ What to Bring

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else that will help you feel warm and comfortable while lying on the floor.

No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
