Guiding you through this transformative experience is Carly, a seasoned practitioner with over a decade of expertise in utilising sound for healing and relaxation.

We eagerly anticipate sharing the profound power of sound with you. However, please note that this experience is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or suffer from epilepsy. Additionally, the hammocks have a weight limit of 150kg (approximately 26.5 stone).

We have very limited spaces available, so please do book your hammock if you’d like to join us.

Please bring a pillow and blanket. Wear warm, comfy clothes. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time. We begin on time, and no entrance will be given after this time as it disrupts the group.
