A woodland day retreat of firey movement, sacred cacao and wild feasting to reconnect and awaken the fire within

The Fire Within is a day retreat created to help you reconnect with your inner flame, tucked away in a private woodland and held by two sisters, one rooted in movement and breath, the other in plant-based cooking and earth-based practice.

Across the day, you'll practice powerful breathwork, move through a firey hatha yoga practice designed to wake the body and stoke those inner embers, and drop into meditation to quieten the mind and settle the nervous system. There'll be a herbal workshop exploring plant medicine, and a traditional cacao ceremony held with real intention and deep devotion. Around the fire we will share a plant-based feast cooked over open flame and shared as a group.

The day will be grounded throughout by connection to the earth and to each other.
