About This Event

This activity at Kingston Lacy in Poole on 10 August 2026 involves making a stained-glass style suncatcher. There are six designs inspired by traditional Indian decorations. Admission is required.

Bring to life a stained-glass style suncatcher. Choose from six different designs inspired by traditional Indian decorations, and transform it with colour.

Find us under the stretch tent in the Kitchen Garden.

These sessions are part of our Summer of Play, and there are lots more activities to enjoy in the Kitchen Garden during your visit.

If we are exceptionally busy, we may ask you to pop back later in the day.

All sessions are free, but donations towards the cost of materials are very welcome.

Normal admission charges for Kingston Lacy apply. National Trust members will need to show their membership cards at Visitor Reception and non-members will need to pay the admission price (from £23 per adult, £11.50 per child) or join the National Trust
