Join us for a relaxing, deeply restorative Sunday afternoon dedicated entirely to your well-being. Whether you are completely new to sound healing or a seasoned journeyer, this friendly afternoon offers a gentle, welcoming environment to quiet the mind, release physical tension, and gently reset your nervous system.

Together in a small, supportive circle(max of eight participants), we gather to immerse ourselves in the therapeutic power of sacred sound.

🕒 The Journey & Flow

2:45 PM – Doors open: You are welcome to come and settle in at a gentle pace.

3:00 PM – Settle & Ground: Arrive, get cosy on your mat, and gently bring your awareness into the stillness of the space.

3:05 PM – Immersive Sound Journey (1 Hour): Lay back, wrap yourself in blankets, and let go. You will be bathed in the resonant vibrations of seven symphonic and planetary gongs, antique Himalayan singing bowls, percussion, gentle windchimes and the song birds that live in our magical herb garden.

4:05 PM – Return & Close (10 mins): A gentle, slow space to return to your senses, ground back into your body, and step back into your day feeling beautifully refreshed.

Timing: 3:00 PM – 4:15 PM Close.

🏡 Our Sound Sanctuary

Tucked away in a healing herb garden—nestled between Margate's beautiful beaches and the vibrant buzz of Cliftonville—our sessions are held inside a bespoke built wooden cabin. Filled with gentle, warm lighting, it is a true sanctuary of calm. As you lay back and rest, the gentle song of our resident garden birds often weaves beautifully into the sound journey, helping you feel deeply connected to nature.

✨ What’s Included

A Supportive, Small Group: Limited to just 8 people, ensuring plenty of personal space and a peaceful vibe.

Complete Comfort: Mats, blankets, pillows, and water are fully provided. You only need to bring yourself!

📢 Important Notes

Experience Level: Absolutely everyone is welcome. No prior experience is needed.

Health & Considerations: Sound healing is deeply therapeutic but involves strong physical vibrations. If you wear a hearing aid, please be aware that the high frequencies can sometimes cause them to squeak, so you may wish to turn them down or off during the session. If you are in your first trimester of pregnancy or suffer from sound-sensitive epilepsy, please contact Sorrell before booking so she can ensure you are accommodated safely.
