The Mindful Sharing Circle is a small, supportive gathering whre you are invited to slow down, become more present and share your thoughts and experiences in a safe and respectful environment- or simply listen if that feels right for you.

The session may include gentle midfulness, guided breathing, refelction and opportunity for meaningful conversation and connection.
