Transform: Starlight Sound Bath is an immersive evening of soothing sound, mandala visuals and cosmic calm, created to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and into a space of stillness.

Set in the gentle glow of candles, crystals and celestial projections, you will be surrounded by the resonant tones of singing bowls while mesmerising mandalas unfold around you, creating a deeply atmospheric experience for the senses.

Inspired by the energy of the Autumn Equinox, this evening is an invitation to reflect on what you are ready to release, what you wish to carry forward, and the space you want to create for a new season.

Come as you are. Lie back, close your eyes, breathe deeply and allow the sounds and visuals to guide you into a moment of calm.
