About This Event

Cook Outdoors! is a family event held at The Food Museum in Ipswich on Thursdays and Fridays during school holidays from 11am to 2pm. Participants harvest fresh ingredients in the kitchen garden before cooking. Tickets cost between £1.50 and £21.50.

Thursdays and Fridays throughout the school holidays 11am – 2pm Cook Outdoors! Start in our kitchen garden, harvesting fresh ingredients, then head to the wood-fired oven for hands-on outdoor cooking. Create seasonal favourites – summer salads, marinated grilled meats and veggies, flatbreads and vibrant dips – all made with what you’ve just picked. Suitable for ages 5+.
