This calming session offers simple moments of rest surrounded by the quiet, grounding spirit of Landguard Fort. Michelle will guide you with soft spoken cues, gentle pauses, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong and voice — creating an experience that feels as natural and restorative as sitting by the sea. Bring a cosy blanket, get comfortable, and let the sounds drift around you like waves across the shingle.
