About This Event

Compassionate Conversations will be held at The Hold in Ipswich on Thursday 15 October 2026, beginning at 10am. This free wellness session is intended to support individuals in navigating open, honest and sensitive discussions surrounding end of life, loss and bereavement. Guided by a range of facilitators, the event centres on building the confidence needed to approach these challenging conversations with care and composure. The Hold, which houses Suffolk Archives, offers a calm and neutral environment well suited to such reflective dialogue. Admission is entirely free, and there is no booking fee required, ensuring that the session remains accessible to all who wish to attend.
