The Intelligent Body: Somatic Movement Intensive by Katrin Neue will run for two days, offering a somatic movement workshop led by Ireland's most experienced Hanna Somatics educator.

A two-day somatic movement intensive led by Katrin Neue - one of Ireland's most experienced Hanna Somatics educators - coming to Glasgow for the first time. Working within the tradition of Thomas Hanna's Clinical Somatic Education, this weekend explores how your nervous system learns to hold patterns of chronic tension, and how slow, deliberate movement can teach it a new way. Nothing forced, nothing pushed through - the change comes from awareness, not effort. Suitable for complete beginners and movement professionals alike. An 11.5-hour certificate of attendance is issued, suitable for self-certified CPD submission with Yoga Alliance, SMTO, Pilates Foundation and most movement and bodywork professional bodies. Places are strictly limited to 30.
