About This Event

Killerton will host an apple picking day on 11 October 2026, beginning at 09:30 in Exeter. Volunteers are required to assist with apple harvesting for production purposes. The session incurs no admission fee.

Fancy giving us a hand picking apples for Killerton's apple juice and cider production?

We are hosting an apple picking day on Sunday 11 October, where you can help us to pick apples from Sparrow Park Orchard, which will then be used in our apple juice and cider production this year. On arrival you’ll receive a bucket, some instructions as to what we do and don’t want, and then you can pick apples for as long or as little as you’d like! This is a fun event for all ages.

Sparrow Park is just across the road from the main KIllerton visitor car park, where you can park. Toilets are located in the car park. Please take care when crossing the road. This is a drop in session where you can stay for as long or as little as you like, running from 10.30am until 2.30pm.

Please book a space so we know how many people to expect.
