About This Event

Project Passerelle holds a conversation and networking event at Institut Francais d Ecosse. A panel of delegates from the Franco-Scottish theatre lab initiative will share findings regarding the Festival d’Avignon.

A panel composed of this year’s delegates of Project Passerelle, a new Franco-Scottish theatre lab initiative, will share their findings from their recent trip to Festival d’Avignon. Aiming to promote cultural and artistic exchange between the Edinburgh and Avignon festivals, the initiative fosters new connections between artists and cultural organisations in Scotland and France. The panel will answer questions from the public and discuss the next steps for bringing Scottish artists’ work to Festival d’Avignon, as well as strengthening wider connections with the French and European theatre sector. The event will be followed by an informal networking session and apéritif, offering an opportunity to get to know one another and continue the conversation.
