A solo exhibition by Edinburgh based, Australian artist Kelly Stewart who explores mark making through a collection of screenprints, watercolours, large monoprints, oil and acrylic paintings. Known for her evocative, painterly screenprints of Edinburgh, this exhibition also showcases a collection of landscapes that demonstrate loose, gestural line work intertwined with bold brushstrokes. This exhibition is held on the 1st floor at Leith Makers, a creative space in a listed stone building that houses a shop and studio space on the ground floor. Come and visit one of the newest spaces to the Leith Creative scene and enjoy the beautiful exhibition of drawings and paintings by Kelly Stewart Cramond is one of the oldest continuously occupied places in Scotland, and The Maltings is your gateway into that extraordinary story, from 8,500 BC right through to the Victorian era!
