Welcome to a deeply relaxing and grounding sound bath!

Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation as we immerse ourselves in the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments. This event will take place on Sunday 11th October 2026 at 6:30 PM at the beautiful Cambridge Road Methodist Church.

This is an opportunity to take time out for yourself, to rest deeply, clear your mind, and reset. Sound healing is an ancient, holistic and complementary therapy, that can reduce stress snd anxiety and help us to rebalance. Let the soothing sounds wash over you and heal your mind, body, and soul.

Please bring a mat, cushion and blanket to keep yourself warm and comfortable. Refreshments (including vegan and gluten free options) will be provided to allow a time to pause before leaving.

Please note: I have to lock the doors at 6.30 so we can start promptly, please aim arrive 15 minutes early.

No experience is necessary, just bring yourself as you are.
