Busking Competition will take place Saturday 5th September. Judging will take place between 2.00 and 4.00 p.m. Under 15/Over 15 categories.

Buskers can set up and play at any time during the day but must be present for judging from 2.00-4.00 p.m.

Entry form will be emailed to entrants upon purchase of a ticket. This form must be completed and returned to secfeilecheoillarryreynolds@gmail.com

There are two sub-categories: an U15 competition and a 15+ competition.

Please read carefully the competition rules below.

Competition Rules:

Entrance fee €10.

2. Buskers should ensure that they are able to compete in the event on Saturday 6th September 2026.

3. Under 15s competition: Entrants must be under 15 years of age on the day of the competition.

15+ competition: Entrants must be 15 years of age or older on the day of the competition.

Groups with entrants of mixed ages (under and over 15 years of age) will compete in the older category.

4. The winners will be announced on the day of the competition.

5. All Buskers must sign the application form acknowledging that they have read and understood the rules and regulations as outlined in this document.

6. All Buskers under the age of 18 at the time of signing the application form must have a parent or guardian sign the document on their behalf as well.

7. Children busking must be always accompanied by an adult.

8. Any act that the judges believe to be dangerous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate will be asked to stop and will be withdrawn from the competition.

9. Failure to follow any contest rules may result in Buskers being disqualified.

10. All Buskers agree to have their name, voice, and/or likenesses used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the competition including the Féile Cheoil Larry Reynolds website and social media without any compensation or rights to royalties for such use.

11. All entries and application forms must be completed by Thursday 3rd September 2026.

12. Féile Cheoil Larry Reynolds committee reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations.

13. Féile Cheoil Larry Reynolds committee will have final decision-making power in any disputes that should arise concerning the competition.

14. The judges' decision is final.
