The Alchemy Pink Floyd Show features all the same band members as Alchemy Live, the UK's finest Dire Straits tribute. Talking backstage about our favourite music on many occasions, Pink Floyd was always in the top three bands mentioned, unsurprisingly, various Floyd riffs crept in during soundchecks & resulted in jamming out Money, Us & Them, Wish You Were Here etc.It was only a matter of time until we decided to go the whole hog (flying hog, of course) and launch a full Pink Floyd show alongside our already established and successful Dire Straits show.Only one problem, who would sing Great Gig in the Sky?...Luckily frontman/guitarist Martin Ledger has also been a member of Heather Findlay's touring band for many years & over a coffee asked if she would be interested in singing for the new show.Heather is an incredible singer and having started her career fronting Mostly Autumn, she formed her own band in 2010 and has released numerous albums and DVDs since.
