We've teamed up with Josh to bring Ultra Hyrox Sim to JST on the 13th of September and it's going to be something special.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or wanting to test your fitness, meet incredible people, and be part of something bigger - this is for you.

So what is an ultra hyrox sim? You will team up in 4s, any mix and will take on 80km of running broken up by 8 brutal stations which can be split however:

10k ski, 500m push, 500m pull, 800m burpees, 10k row, 2k farmers 1k lunge 1000 wall balls

In between each station there will be 5km to run, spilt it to 2.5kms - 2 running, 2 resting - totally 80km to be covered as a team.

This is Hyrox but bigger, harder, together.
