HELD: THE CIRCLE

Weekly Mondays | 8:15pm

A calm, welcoming space to slow down, connect with others and reconnect with yourself.

Each week you’ll be introduced to simple somatic practices, meditation and nervous system regulation tools to help you feel held, calmer, more grounded and more connected to your body and others.

Every circle begins with connection before moving into guided practices focused on our monthly themes: Let Go • Regulate • Reconnect • Restore. The final Monday of each month is our cosy self-care circle, complete with pyjamas, comfort and community.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or constantly carrying the weight of everyone else, this is your space to pause, breathe and be supported.

HELD is also the beginning of a wider pathway. For many, it becomes a first step into understanding their nervous system, reconnecting with who they are beneath the roles and responsibilities of everyday life, and exploring deeper personal growth through The BRHAIVE Method™, coaching and retreats.
