Celebrate this summer's harvest at Community Roots! Enjoy seasonal food, live music, garden tours, stalls, kids’ activities and more.

We’re throwing open our rabbit-proof gates and inviting our community to come together to celebrate the changing seasons, the year’s harvest and everything we’ve achieved together.

Enjoy a delicious seasonal lunch made with our finest Community Roots veg, available on a donation basis so everyone can join us. There’ll be live music from Fifi Dotts and Jaclarabag (reforming just for us!), a glorious garden parade, plant and local craft stalls, homemade cakes, garden tours, kids’ activities and our now-famous Community Roots garden human chain – where everyone gets stuck in to help complete a garden task!

It’s a chance to celebrate the joy of growing food and community in planet-positive ways, give thanks for all that nature has provided, and share our successes, challenges and hopes for the future.

ENTRY IS FREE but please book a ticket so we know how many people to expect and can make sure there’s plenty of lunch and cake for everyone.
