Sound bath in Cotswolds woodland

Join us for a relaxing sound bath surrounded by the peaceful vibes of the Cotswolds woodland. This is an in-person event where you can unwind, let go of stress, and soak up calming sounds in nature. Perfect for anyone needing a moment to breathe and recharge. Come as you are and enjoy the magic of sound and woods combined!

Please bring a yoga mat to lie on, a pillow and a blanket. Wear loose, comfortable clothes and layer up if it's cooler. we recommend trainers for walking through the wood, but you may wish to take them off for the sound bath itself.

For the hammock tickets we have hammocks that you can use, please still bring a blanket though.

Weather permitting we will have a campfire. Tickets include a hot or cold drink.

The event includes a short walk into the wood, please let us know if you require any mobility assistance.

The loo is a camping loo, there is handwash.
