Want to learn your first roll, improve an inconsistent roll, or explore more advanced Greenland rolls? Join us for an intensive morning of coaching designed to help you progress your rolling skills. Through a combination of individualised land and water-based exercises, we'll identify the key areas for improvement and help you take the next step in your rolling journey. With a maximum of just 6 participants and 2 experienced coaches, this small-group session offers plenty of individual attention, feedback, and time in the water to accelerate your learning.
