A fun and empowering morning of wellbeing activities including fitness, self-defence and yoga sessions with a group “bring your own” lunch

This wellbeing evetn is hosted to raise funds for Physical Empowerment CIC.

We are a not for profit community organisation supporting women and families to recover from the trauma of domestic abuse and sexual violence.
