Join us for a restorative Mottistone loop walk with spectacular sea views, ancient monuments and woodland paths.
We’ll pause for connection, reflection and a gentle drum meditation, creating space to breathe, share and reconnect with ourselves, nature and each other.
This walk is organised by members of the local recovery community and is open to everyone. Whether you’re in recovery, supporting someone who is, or simply enjoy good company in beautiful places, you’ll be very welcome. Lifts available from Newport on request, contact walk leader.
Length of walk: 5 miles (approx 3.5 hours)

Walk Cost: Voluntary donation requested (but not obligatory) - cash donations on the day to The Light Recovery CIC.

Pace of Walk: Moderate - This walk will follow a moderate pace.
Walk grade: Moderate - Varying landscape with more challenging slopes. Stiles and steps to be expected en route, suitable for keen walkers and anyone who is reasonably active.
Mobility level: Walkers need to be reasonably agile and mobile. Not suitable for walkers with mobility impairment of any kind
