Every month, just 8 women come together to read, reflect, connect, and rest. We’ll dive into a carefully chosen book about self-development, wellbeing, and personal growth — your book will be revealed once you book, so you have time to get reading.

We’ll share thoughts over tea, journal together, then put the books down and simply rest. Get comfy on your yoga mat with bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows, and end the afternoon with a restorative sound bath to fully switch off and just be.

No pressure to finish the book — this is a relaxed, welcoming space just for you.
