A doubles padel session at Padel Uno. Mixed ability, rotated pairings, so nobody's stuck carrying the game or being carried through it. No padel experience required.

After the match: a structured 60-minute session called The Pause, hosted live by Rik Courtney and built on LION State's L.I.O.N. framework. You also get a 31-day journal to take away, a short daily prompt, not a diary.
Consistency: The 6am Club and Weekly Meetings.
For the 31 days that follow: a weekly WhatsApp prompt (the 6am Club) with one question to journal on, and a weekly online check-in on Zoom with the group.
