A fusion of Reiki and Quantum Healing for a deep relaxation and healing sensation.

Come along and enjoy a beautiful relaxation session as you start/continue your healing journey with Reiki Master Teacher Julie Shaw.

Julie is a Usui Reiki Master and has had extensive training in advanced Quantum Healing techniques.

Julie specialises in helping individuals with anxiety, depression and stress related issues. Releasing emotional blockages and restoring energetic balance. All sessions are designed to support physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.

Drift off into a deep blissful relaxation, followed by a deep energy healing session. Leave feeling lighter, brighter and calmer.

You will need a pilates/yoga mat, cushion, blanket and maybe another cushion for under your knees, to assist your lower back to relax.

Refreshments are provided after the session, whilst Julie explains what healing took place to assist you on your healing journey.
