This free course is certified by Qualsafe. It is delivered through hands-on learning, practical teaching, demonstrations and a theory test. An Emergency First Aid at Work certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course. This is valid for three years. This course is a full day.

Please note: this course involves a written test at the end of the course (multiple choice), completed on the day, so all attendees must stay for the entire day.

Additional support can be given to those who need support.

Course participants must be:

unwaged (unemployed/house person) or low-waged

19 years of age or over

a UK/EU Citizen

from a deprived ward

looking to use the qualification to improve employment or volunteering opportunities

These are free places on this course for those who meet the requirements listed above.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided, attendees will need to bring their own lunch. There will be set breaks through out the day. Please advise of any allergies or dietry reqirements.
