The Centre of Food Culture Ireland is delighted to be hosting an All-Island Food Networks Gathering 2026 on 22nd September 2026 in The Midlands Park Hotel in Portlaoise, County Laois.

The purpose of this event is to gather food network coordinators, representatives from the committees and boards behind these organisations, and members - whether a food producer, drink producer, hospitality provider or food experience operator - we want you there! Equally, if you are interested in learning from those who represent and support these networks or if you are not currently involved in a food network in your region and you want to learn more about existing networks and what's involved, this event is for you.

The day will be chaired by Suzanne Campbell and will involve two panel discussions; the first will be a panel of representatives from the food networks: Conal Stewart (Taste Ards and North Down), Rebecca Meade (Boyne Valley Flavours), James Burke (Dublin Food Chain), and Bernie Everard (Midlands Flavours) and the second will be a panel of representatives from agencies and organisations that work with food networks across Ireland: Niall Tracey (Failte Ireland), Gary Quate (Tourism Northern Ireland) and Olivia Duff (The Centre of Food Culture Ireland). These panels were built based on the feedback collected from the regional food networks and we look forward to having meaningful round table discussion after the panel sessions.

Registration over breakfast will start at 9:30am and the conference will end at 12:30pm for a networking lunch until 1:30pm, showcasing the very best of our island’s producers.

We will be offering individual tickets, as well as "Food Network Packages", containing 5 tickets at a reduced rate. Parking for the event is included in the ticket price.
