The Seafest weekend will feature a free guided walk exploring the South West Coast Path. This route takes visitors along the Plymouth waterfront, passing by Millbay Docks and Devils Point. The walk starts at the SWCP Barbican and concludes back at the Barbican near the Royal William Yard.

Walk along Plymouth waterfront, around Millbay Docks , Devils Point and down the iconic stairway to Devon into Royal William Yard (RWY). Walk finishes at Royal William Yard where Seafest will be in full swing. Onward travel options available by bus or ferry.
Graded Easy - The walk is, generally, on flat pavements and walkways. Starting at the the historic Barbican where the Pilgrim fathers left for America, this easy walk passes along the Hoe with its great views across Plymouth Sound to the magnificent Grade 1 listed Royal William Yard. Along the route are artworks and historical features which help bring the past alive.
• 11.00 - Meet, register & welcome at the Mayflower Steps
• 11.10 - Start walk, pausing at points of interest.
• 13.00 – Arrive at Royal William Yard.
