A calming group sound bath to reduce stress, restore balance, and invite deep relaxation, connection, and inner peace. (Bring your own mat)
Event Overview
Please bring a yoga mat to lie on, along with a blanket and anything else you need to feel comfortable and warm. Many people also like to bring a pillow or eye mask. You will be lying down for approximately one hour.
This Sound Bath is a gentle, immersive experience designed to support deep rest and relaxation. The session begins with a short grounding meditation, followed by a sustained journey through live sound.
Using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound tools, the vibrations work subtly with the body and nervous system, helping to release tension and quiet the mind. You will be lying down for most of the hour, allowing yourself to rest fully and receive the sounds.
No previous experience with meditation or sound baths is needed. This is an invitation to slow down, soften, and unwind in a shared, supportive space.
