About This Event

Returning to PGL Dalguise in Derry on 4 August 2026, the Scottish Young Carers Festival will host up to 500 young carers for three days of celebration. This event is designed as a much-needed respite from their caring responsibilities and offers a wide array of activities and entertainment. The focus remains firmly on enjoyment, creating an environment where young carers can unwind and have fun in the company of peers who understand their unique challenges. Through this supportive setting, participants will be able to engage in various activities that contribute to their overall well-being and provide them with cherished moments away from their daily duties.
