This practical session will guide smaller organisations in creating effective action plans to support employees experiencing menopause. Held at the Courtyard by Marriott Oxford South, the event aims to help build a more inclusive workplace for staff members facing these challenges. Various performers will present content focused on fostering an environment where workers can receive appropriate care and understanding. The workshop is scheduled for October 1st, 2026, with no charge for participation.

Practical session helping smaller organisations support employees experiencing menopause and build a more inclusive workplace

Many smaller organisations want to better support employees experiencing menopause but often have limited resources, time and specialist support available. This practical and interactive session is designed for organisations that may not have large HR teams or dedicated wellbeing budgets but are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Attendees will leave with actionable ideas, templates and resources that can be implemented quickly and cost-effectively. Through discussion, examples and practical exercises, we'll explore how to develop a menopause action plan that delivers meaningful support while remaining proportionate to the size and needs of your organisation.
