Free, confidential one-to-one emotional support with BACP-accredited therapist Kulbinder Kaur at Gurdwara Baba Budha Ji, Nottingham.

Gurdwara Baba Budha Ji is pleased to offer FREE Advice & Emotional Support (Seva) for members of our community who may benefit from a safe, confidential and compassionate space to talk.

The sessions are provided by Kulbinder Kaur, BA (Hons), MBACP (Accred), a BACP-accredited therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. Kulbinder has a broad background in emotional health support, emergency medical services and youth work within the Sikh community. She also has extensive knowledge of local services that can provide further help with issues including addiction and emotional distress.

Monthly Counselling Sessions

Sessions take place at Gurdwara Baba Budha Ji – Miri Piri House, 309–329 Haydn Road, Nottingham NG5 1DG, on the last Sunday of every month.

Four free one-hour appointments are available:

10:00am – 11:00am

11:00am – 12:00pm

12:00pm – 1:00pm

1:00pm – 2:00pm

All sessions must be booked in advance and are available on a first come, first served basis.

This Seva is intended to provide a welcoming and confidential environment where individuals can talk openly, receive professional emotional support and, where appropriate, be guided towards additional local support services.

Please note: places are limited to four appointments each month, so early booking is recommended.
