We'll be bringing the fire, the feast, and the fanfare back to our Music Room with a special night that celebrates Scotland!

January can feel a little bit dark and unrelenting after the tinsel and glitter of Christmas: so give yourself something lovely to look forward to.

Raise a glass, ready your spoons and dust off your tartan: Burns Night is back at The Assembly House, and we’re bringing the Bard of Ayrshire out in style.

As winter tightens its grip on Norwich, we’ll be turning up the heat in the Music Room with a gloriously Scottish supper of pipes, poetry, whisky and proper comfort food.

Expect communal tables, generous plates piled high with Highland fare, the magnificent return of our legendary piper Susan and enough ceremony to make Rabbie himself rise from the grave for a dram and a second helping.

There’ll be haggis to address, pipes to play and glasses to raise, followed by dish after dish of Scottish-inspired deliciousness, including overnight Aberdeen Angus beef and our rather irresistible whisky marmalade pudding with ginger custard.

Whether you’re a lifelong Burns aficionado or your knowledge of Robert Burns begins and ends with Auld Lang Syne, come and join us.

Because January needs a little more warmth, whisky, wit and wonderfully excessive amounts of food.

This isn't just supper, it's Burns Night supper.
