Join us at Pentire for a free 10k waymarked trail run, that takes place the fourth Sunday of the month. Enjoy the coastal views including of the Rumps. Runners of all abilities are welcome to take part in the trail runs at Pentire, but this is a challenging route on a rugged section of the South West Coast Path.

It includes 1.5 laps of a circular route, so there is an option to do a slightly shorter 6.35km route.

In the event of very bad weather, a final decision on whether the run will go ahead or not will be made at 3pm on the Saturday before. Please check for the most up to date information.
