If you cannot attend the event, it is your responsibility to sell on your ticket, as we cannot offer refunds.

Please make sure you buy the correct university and date ticket. We cannot offer refunds for tickets purchased for the wrong dates or university, unless you do not get into university and can provide proof via UCAS.

If the date of the event changes, you will be offered a refund or the option to exchange your ticket to the new date.
