Hop into summer fun every Tuesday at the Cathedral with family-friendly activities inspired by the citywide Peter Rabbit: Tales on the Tyne art trail. Families can enjoy a daily explorer trail, a cosy reading and activity space in St Margaret’s Chapel, and a range of bookable creative sessions designed for young adventurers. Tuesday 18 August, 10am–12pm Make your own bunny with a professional artist (ages 7+) Be inspired by our ‘fluffle’ of mini-Peter Rabbit sculptures and design your very own soft toy bunny to take home. (Please note: This activity involves the use of scissors, needles, and pins, and is therefore not suitable for very young children.) Tickets: ‘Give as You Feel’ (£5 suggested donation per participant). Please book in advance via TicketSource to help us prepare enough materials for everyone.
