Waterstones in Newcastle will host John Cleese on 9 September 2026 as he embarks on a national tour marking fifty years since *Fawlty Towers* first aired. The comedy showcase celebrates the enduring legacy of the classic sitcom, offering fans the chance to see the actor perform in a new light decades after his iconic roles. Tickets are priced at £25.00 for this evening event.

Meet John Cleese as he travels the country celebrating 50 years of the legendary sitcom Fawlty Towers.

Fifty years ago Fawlty Towers hit British TV screens for the first time, becoming an instant classic. Now for the first time John Cleese tells his stories from behind the scenes of his favourite moments.

Meet John as he tours the UK celbrating his life in comedy marking such milestones at 50 years of Fawlty Towers.

Please arrive early to avoid dissapointment.

Please note you will require a copy of Fawlts and All to meet John.

Due to time restrictions John will not be able to sign any other memorabilia.
