A weekly walking with Poles class for anyone who has completed the Walking with Poles Workshop. We walk approximately 5km as a group.

Join us for a friendly weekly Walking with Poles class in Newport Pagnell, designed to help you improve your fitness, posture, strength and confidence while enjoying the benefits of exercising outdoors.

This isn’t Nordic walking or a race. We use poles to engage the whole body, support good walking technique and add purpose to every step. Each session includes a warm-up, an enjoyable guided walk suitable for different abilities, simple exercises and a cool-down.

The group is welcoming, supportive and relaxed, you don’t need to be super-fit or fast to join us.

New walkers must complete a Walking with Poles introductory workshop before attending the weekly class. This ensures you learn how to use the poles safely and get the most from each session.

Classes are held on Mondays at 6pm in Newport Pagnell.
