About This Event

The North York Moors National Park, in collaboration with the Hardmoors Race Series, presents the Turnpike Trot 10k and Rabbit Run 5k trail races on Sunday 18 October 2026. Both routes commence and conclude at The Danby Lodge National Park Centre in Middlesbrough, guiding participants along clearly marked and marshalled courses through the heart of the national park. The 10k offers a demanding trail run, whereas the 5k provides a shorter, more accessible option suitable for runners of every ability. No navigational skills are required to take part, ensuring a straightforward experience for all entrants. Entry prices can be found on the event website.
