Women of Steel

A half-day community event built around real conversations on fuelling your body, mental wellness, body image and movement, led by a registered dietician and clinical psychologist.

Expect honest talks, practical workshops, a panel Q&A and an optional community workout to finish the day.

This is the first event in a series of workshops, we want these to be shaped by the community, by women. A community that is inclusive and provides a space to grow.

The afternoon will include:

Intro to CrossFit: a mini class experience

A sustainable and balanced approach to nutrition: how to fuel your body

Challenging our inner-critic: practical skills

Breast cancer: a survival story and how to check your boobs

RE:SCULPT: an introduction and opportunity to move

Q&A panel
