Ticket GradesIf you purchase tickets of different grades in the same booking, your group will be seated at a table corresponding to the lower ticket grade.For example, if both Gold and Silver tickets are purchased together, you will be seated at a Silver-tier table.Refund PolicyFull refunds are only available if the event is cancelled.

Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 21 business days.

In the event of a postponement, you will receive an email with updated details. Your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

If no response is received within 24 hours, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled event.
